Local Missions (Mission Forest Park)
- First Baptist Church of Forest Park is proud to be a part of this growing community! We take Jesus' call to "love thy neighbor" seriously. FBC is committed to helping those living in Forest Park with their physical and spiritual needs through Mission Forest Park. Global Missions
- We take seriously Jesus' command to take his message of forgiveness "to the ends of the earth!" FBC Forest Park is a major contributor to the world-wide mission of God through the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention as well as sending missionaries on short-term, long-term and career-long missionary endeavors.
Language Missions
- First Baptist sponsors two language missions on our campus in Forest Park. These churches represent the two languages (besides English) spoken in our community, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Church Planting
- First Baptist believes that church planting is one of the most effective tools under heaven for making disciples of Jesus Christ. We have sponsored church planters across the nations and even right here in Georgia! We have taken church-planting mission trips to Cincinnati (2002), Denver (2006) and North Dakota (2008).
